CHAT ROOM
 The Chat Room is a relaxed private space with armchair, couch and coffee table. ​It seats up to 5 people. ​Bookings are capped at a 2 hour maximum.

BOARD ROOM
Our board room is set up with a 12 seat central table. The room can also be used for classroom or theatre-style seating. Video projector, white boards, and high speed WiFi are included. May be booked out for full or multiple days. Bookings over 5 hours in length are capped at $150/day.

Non-Profit Organizations

We are best known as a hub for entrepreneurs and sole proprietors. However, we also service & support groups in the community who need a virtual home for their business or organization. We see that many Non Profit Organizations struggle with having a stable & affordable place for mail to be delivered, for packages to be received or collected, and for registration documents to be held. We know that Society regulations require regular meetings of the Board and occasional General Meetings. We know that marketing and networking can be a hurdle.  

Our package includes the following:

Mailing address service
Direct all your mail to one location, rather than to a volunteer or a board member’s house. We’ll notify a designated person when it arrives and keep it here till it is collected. You may also list our address as your registered mailing address with the CRA and know that all your notifications will be received and documented. ​
12 hours of meeting room rental
12 Hours of Meeting Room usage (great for Board meetings, AGM’s workshops, socials, training, etc). Our meeting rooms can hold up to 45 people seated theatre style and include video projectors, WiFi, Whiteboards and equipment & supplies for tea & coffee.  Any extra hours needed attract a discount of 25% off our regular rates.
