Cowork Penticton is a landing pad for professional residents new to the area, providing a necessary bridge in a gap or acting as the warm welcome that helps them find their place in the local business community. New arrivals can instantly have a place of welcome and inclusion for their business, until they’re ready to branch out on their own or choose to stay among the coworking network. In some cases we’re a testing ground for those considering moving to this area, providing a temporary environment for them to conduct business and connect with potential new collaborators they might not find if on their own. Our membership flexes and changes as their needs demand – but Cowork Penticton remains a constant touchpoint, ready to be there as required.
Our current member community consists of professionals from Britain, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Germany, Venezuela, Spain, Thailand, France, Canada, and the USA. With ages spanning nearly 5 decades, our membership also encompasses valuable inter-generational experience and expertise.
The nature of coworking itself is inherently one of inclusivity and collaboration, fostering a community of connectedness in what can be an otherwise isolating world of independent/freelance working.
We provide secure indoor bike storage, host a weekly social gathering to help foster inclusiveness and remind one another to take a breath during busy times. Members receive customized services according to their needs, and we support members who are in transition or face unexpected financial strife. To better support and grow our member community we have organized and hosted family camps, weekly lunches, team building activities, and family days. Pop in and feel the vibe sometime.
