Grab a Hot Desk and get working!
With respect to COVID-19, we have instated a few changes to hot desking. We've increased the space between seats, enhanced our cleaning processes and we have set up lots of stations throughout with surface disinfectant & hand sanitizer.
Step 1: Book your hot desk in advance.
That way we can assign you a workspace and can manage the number of people in the building.
Step 2: Receive your confirmation email.
We are manually approving every booking, in the order it is received. We'll do our best to be prompt and we will respond to every request. The first time you hot desk with us, there will be some steps to follow in the email generated by our system.
Step 3: Come in on the day you selected.
Changes brought on by COVID-19 mean that our Front Desk is attended from 9-11am every weekday. When the Front Desk is attended, the Front Door is unlocked. If you arrive between 9-11 we look forward to greeting you and getting you settled. For the day you have booked, you will have 9am-5pm access to the building via our app, which you'll be directed to download to your smartphone.
Step 4: Book the next day before you leave!
Build a routine that help you work at your best. Many people use hot desking to accelerate their productivity or break up the monotony of certain tasks. If you've had a great day - then get yourself set up for the next one before you head home.
