The Choir Loft
Designed to be used as a meeting room, it is great for Board Meeting and presentations. Outfitted with a state of the art interactive video projector, the Choir Loft seats up to 14 people. Take pots of coffee, hot water & ice water up to the room, so your guests and clients can focus on the tasks at hand. Coffee and tea as well as wireless internet and usage of the projector are included in the hourly rate. We ask that you help us by taking your used glassware and cups down to the dishwashers in the kitchen when you are finished.
$25/hour M-F
Minimum 3hr bookings for the weekend.
The Flex Room
600 sq feet of open space perfect for workshops, seminars, film presentations, yoga classes, AGM’s... as long as the sound level in the room doesn’t impact the rest of the working community, we’d love to hear what you might use the room for. The room comes outfitted with a state of the art interactive video projector, as is in the Choir Loft. Use it in your classes to connect directly to your students’ laptop screens and display them at the touch of a button! Capacity is 25 people at tables workshop-style and 50 people seated theatre style.
Flex Room guests are invited to share the lounge space and full kitchen on the lower floor with other cowork members. Break out at lunch time and mingle with coworkers or serve up a healthy lunch or snack using our full kitchen. Persons who book the Flex Room are responsible for cleaning up the kitchen afterwards, and are reminded that it is a shared space with Cowork Penticton Members. We ask that you help us by taking your used glassware and cups down to the dishwashers in the kitchen when you are finished.
$30/hour M-F - Coffee and tea as well as wireless internet and usage of the projector are included in the hourly rate!
